Shipping, warranty and returns
E-bikeQC is an online shop. Our products are delivered directly to your door, without going through a store.
Delivery
We do not hold stock. Every order is shipped directly by our supplier to the address you give us.
- Time: 3 to 7 business days. Guillaume confirms the delivery time for your province.
- Shipping cost: included in the listed price.
Why buy from E-bikeQC
No store to pay for, so no hidden costs. The listed price includes delivery to your door. You talk directly to Guillaume, before and after the purchase.
Payment and taxes
Prices are shown before taxes. After you send your order, Guillaume confirms the final price, the taxes (which depend on your province) and availability. No payment is taken on the website.
You then pay in one of two ways, your choice:
- by PayPal: you receive an invoice or payment link by email. You can also split the payment into 4 installments with PayPal’s pay-in-4 option, subject to eligibility and PayPal approval;
- by Interac e-Transfer: Guillaume gives you the email address to send it to.
Your order is processed once payment is received.
Warranty and after-sales service
The warranty is the manufacturer’s (Bakcou or Hiboy). Guillaume is your contact with the manufacturer: technical questions, parts and warranty claims. Write to him with the model name and your order number.
Returns
Returns follow the policy of the brand you bought. Contact Guillaume before shipping anything back: he tells you what to do.
