What is the best electric bike for winter?
A fat bike with wide tires (4 in and up) gives the best grip on snow. The Bakcou Kodiak SD AWD, with a motor on each wheel, is the most capable in our range.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is included in the listed price and usually takes 3 to 7 business days. E-bikeQC does not hold stock: your order ships directly to you from our supplier. Guillaume confirms the delivery time for your province when he confirms your order.
Who handles the warranty?
The warranty is the manufacturer’s (Bakcou or Hiboy). Guillaume is your contact with the manufacturer for questions, parts and claims.
Can I test ride before buying?
Yes, for some models. The Bakcou Mule SD and Kodiak SD AWD can be test ridden in Montréal through the Zale Outdoors agency, and the Hiboy X300 and Max Pro scooters in Quebec City, by appointment with Guillaume.
